Registration of Authorised Person

Only TM, TCM and SCM members are allowed to add/modify/delete and submit the Registration of AP (Authorised Person) details to the Exchange. To add and submit Registration of AP details:

  1. Click Membership à Authorised Person Details à Registration of AP. The Authorised Person List window is displayed.

  2. Click Add. Basic Details window is displayed.

    1.  Enter Basic Details.

    2. Click Save. On confirmation, the details are saved successfully and Address Details window is displayed

  3. Click Address Details link. The Address Details window is displayed.

    1. Enter Address Details.

    2. Click Add. The details are displayed in the table grid.

    3. To update the details, select the appropriate Record and click Update.

    4. To remove the details, select the appropriate Record and click Remove.

    5. Click Clear to clear all the fields.

    6. Click Save. On confirmation, the details are saved successfully and Designated Person Details window is displayed.

      1. The same address as given in Registered Address can be replicated for Communication by selecting the Same as Registered check box.

  4. Click Designated Person Details link. The Designated Person Details window is displayed.

    1. Enter Designated Person Details.

    2. Click Add. The details are displayed in the table grid.

    3. To update the details, select the appropriate Record and click Update.

    4. To remove the details, select the appropriate Record and click Remove.

    5. Click Clear to clear all the fields.

    6. Click Save. On confirmation, the details are saved successfully and next window is displayed.

      1. The same address as given in Registered Address can be replicated for Designated Person Details by selecting the Same as Registered Office check box.

      2. Same as Registered Office check box is enabled only if the constitution of AP is "Individual"

  5. Click Share Holding Details link. The Share Holding Details window is displayed.

    1. Enter Share Holding Details.

    2. Click Add. The details are displayed in the table grid.

    3. To update the details, select the appropriate Record and click Update.

    4. To remove the details, select the appropriate Record and click Remove.

    5. Click Clear to clear all the fields.

    6. Click Save. On confirmation, the details are saved successfully and next window is displayed.

  6. Click Sharing Pattern Details link. The Sharing Pattern Details window is displayed.

    1. Enter Sharing Pattern Details.

    2. Click Add. The details are displayed in the table grid.

    3. To update the details, select the appropriate Record and click Update.

    4. To remove the details, select the appropriate Record and click Remove.

    5. Click Clear to clear all the fields.

    6. Click Save. On confirmation, the details are saved successfully and next window is displayed.

  7. Click Other Stock/Commodity Exchange Details link. The Other Stock/Commodity Exchange Details window is displayed.

    1. Enter Other Stock/Commodity Exchange Details.

    2. Click Add. The details are displayed in the table grid.

    3. To update the details, select the appropriate Record and click Update.

    4. To remove the details, select the appropriate Record and click Remove.

    5. Click Clear to clear the fields.

    6. Click Save. On confirmation, the details are saved successfully and Payment Details window is displayed.

  8. Click Payment Details link. The Payment Details window is displayed.

    1. Enter Payment Details.

    2. Click Add. The details are displayed in the table grid.

    3. To update the details, select the appropriate Record and click Update.

    4. To remove the details, select the appropriate Record and click Remove.

    5. Click Clear to clear the fields.

    6. Click Save. On confirmation, the details are saved successfully and Authorised Signatories Details window is displayed.

  9. Click Authorised Signatories Details link. The Authorised Signatories Details window is displayed.

    1. Enter Authorised Signatories Details.

    2. Click Clear to clear the fields.

    3. Click Save. On confirmation, the details are saved successfully and Check List Details window is displayed.

  10. Click Check List Details link. The Check List Details window is displayed.

    1. Enter Check List Details.

    2. Click Save. On confirmation, the details are saved successfully and Enclosure Details window is displayed.

  11. Click Enclosure Details link. The Enclosure Details window is displayed.

    1. Enter Enclosure Details.

    2. Click Attach/Save. On confirmation, the document is attached and displayed in the table grid.

    3. To detach a document, select the appropriate document and click detach.

  12. Click Undertaking link. The Undertaking window is displayed.

    1. Select the Name of Authorised Signatory.

    2. Select the Agree check box.

    3. Click Save. On confirmation, the details are saved successfully.

  13. Click Submit To Exchange. On confirmation, the Authorised Person details are submitted to the Exchange.

        Note.gif Fields marked with '*' are mandatory.

        Note.gif The user cannot modify/delete a record after it is submitted to the exchange.

        Note.gif A Record can have any of the following Status.

        Note.gif On 'Authorised Person List' window click 'Download Documents' link, to download formats for registration of authorised person.

        Note.gif On 'Authorised Person List' window click 'View' link, to view the respective auto generated Annexure form in PDF format.
