The Reset Password facility enables you to change the current password by setting a new password.
Click User Management à Reset Password. The Reset Password window is displayed.
Under Search On, click one of the following User ID or User Name options.
To search user based on the user id, click User ID, and then enter user id.
To search user based on the user name, click User Name, and then enter user name.

The Display User window is displayed.
Click the appropriate User ID/User Name. The user details are displayed.
Enter Password.
Enter Remarks.
Click Reset. The password is reset for the particular user.
Click Clear to clear the fields.
